Return and warranty policies

Unless you’ve damaged it, you can generally return any item for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving it. Even when those 30 days are over, you're still covered by our 1-year warranty in case a technical issue comes up and you need to have the product repaired.

Replacement of incorrect or defective goods

If you receive a wrong or defective item, are missing accessories, or if you change your mind about the item, you can ship it back for free

Loss of consignment & transport damage

If one of our packages or the entire shipment did not reach you, please let us know and we will contact the shipping company for details on its whereabouts.

If you believe your item was damaged during transit, please let us know within 3 business days of receiving it.

What about returns after the first 30 days?

Sometimes issues only appear after prolonged use, which is why we provide a 1-year warranty. The warranty starts from the date of delivery and covers hardware defects.
