1) After selecting any product to purchase select on the “ADD TO CART” button either from the listing page or from the Product detailed page.

2) You can then choose to continue shopping or go directly to Checkout Page.

3) Once you have finished shopping, click on Shopping Cart button at the top right corner of page, and follow the Checkout steps.

4) You will receive a message or email confirming your order that includes your order reference number.

If you need assistance on your order or facing any issue while placing the order, please write to us at contactus@shop.com with your contact details.

Orders can be cancelled before they are packaged for dispatch only. Post that the option won’t be available.

You can easily cancel your order online by going to your order section and press the cancel button. Once the order is packed for dispatch the cancel button will disappear.

Orders can be cancelled only if the ordered item has not been packed for dispatch. Please note in case you wish to cancel your order then applicable Payment Gateway charges will be applicable and we will refund you the amount minus the charges.

Once cancelled we will process the refund and the amount shall reflect in your account in 7-10 business days.
